About Glyns
I began my journey in the fitness industry in the late 1980s, developing a passion for bodybuilding and strength training. Over the years, I honed my skills and knowledge, eventually becoming a coach in the early 2000s. My experience spans coaching both men and women who aim to lose weight and gain muscle, adapting my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
In the last decade, I have specialized in working with men aged 50 and older. This demographic presents unique challenges and opportunities, and I’ve tailored my coaching methods to focus on their specific goals, such as improving strength, mobility, and overall health. I understand the importance of addressing age-related concerns, such as muscle loss and joint health, while promoting effective training regimens that foster both physical and mental well-being.
Throughout my career, I have witnessed transformative results in my clients, and I take great pride in guiding them toward achieving their fitness aspirations. My commitment to ongoing education and adapting to the latest research in fitness ensures that I provide the best possible support to those I coach.
